connected. Turned out, the wifi SSID had a space at the end. Good lord.

+ What's your current biggest technical or product challenge and how you're trying to solve it.
+ How do to keep your team/engineers motivated?
+ How to balance tech debt and actually getting things done?
+ How do you see your team's tools, technology, and architecture evolving in the next 24 months?
+ Side project: KPI api tied to a google spreadsheet + handsome dashboard
+ Best job would be one where there's a tight feedback cycle on delivering
solutions and seeing results (customers excited, using it)
+ Opportunity to learn new things and help teach things to others as well
+ I have a family, so work/life balance is important
+ Like a company where I'm able to be friends with co-workers
+ Work from home, but opportunities to travel as well

Woke up in plenty of time to get the Maine Muni tech conference this morning,
but then Emma ended up having to take care of a chicken that got caught in the
fence. So I ended up 20 minutes late anyhow. There wasn't too much of an issue
with being late though, there's not a ton of things I'm missing here.
It took me way to long to get connected to wifi, which was an important piece of
being here because I have an interview with ReCharge late this afternoon. I'm
hoping this goes well, because it's my best option right now. But I need to be
ready to negotiate a little on salary so I don't wind up making 20% less that I
used to make.
