DONE Release improvements to PBP admin for WebEditions

This was a quick win for improving how the webeditions admin page works on the PBP site. The more I work on this code base, the more I wonder if Jeremiah has any interest in doing more with it. I've come a long was as an engineer and I think I do some pretty cool stuff with the site. I should talk to him about not replacing it, but rather slowly improving it with some sort of retainer.
