Called out the problem with taxonomy and not having an easy way to map the

editorial process of given cookbooks or cookbook collections to the data

storage. That led us to go back and forth a bit on the best way to allow

curation of cookbooks, and we'll probably still have some issues.

Finally, after going around on structure all last week, I've got a PR up.

There's probably still some iteration to work on, but I'd love to get an API

up on staging by the end of this week.
