Journal
Started out the day in a funk because Nabby woke me up around 7:15 and wouldn't
go back to sleep. My hope had been to get up around 8, so it wasn't that far
off, but I still found myself frustrated with Emma that she often leaves me in
bed with an awake Nabby, even though I also stay up late with Nabby so she gets
a certain amount of sleep. I suppose she also has to get up to nurse Nabby.
In anycase, I got to work frying doughnuts for church. The filling went great
and I think it added a wonderful flavor to the yeastyness of the doughnuts.
Margaret's sermon today was interesting, as she was focused on the upcoming
Memorial Day in concert with Almost Sunrise.
