I'm really tired for some reason. I think part of it is not getting enough sleep. Actually that might be most of it. It means that I've been a jerk around the kids today, and a little unfocused on work. That said, I had a good day despite that. I've been given an integration to own and improve the updating of it, and it's been really delightful to work on how to improve the process. Phill continues to be a great manager.
We did a 5-whys meeting today that was a really telling demonstration of Elation's general culture. Everyone was really supportive and helpful in looking for reasons for and solutions to a deployment problem last week.
I am also back into making fantastic sour dough bread.
