The question is whether this is an appropriate place to journal :) ... I think
it probably is. I just need to come up with a better way to manage how I input
things in my todo list. I still need things like a tickler file for reminders
and an inbox. But then prioritization becomes much more like actual GTD. I can
have future day pages for dates that haven't happened yet. So you end up with a
bunch of "today" files pre-filled out, instead of a big reminders file.
I really like the idea of doubling down on many files, organized loosely.

Switching to Org-Roam flow instead of day pages
- I am absolute in love with Roam in Emacs
- I had sort of doubled down on creating Daypages as a way to manage my daily todos
- The biggest downside, however, was not knowing WHERE to put things. If they
didn't fit into my day, I'd stuff them awkwardly into someday files
- But then the someday file gets hugely overflown
- With Roam, you get topic files that are all cross-referenced
- When you want to recall something, it's all there ... tagged and connected
