Timeline

Laura's energy on our huddles still seems low, or at least a little dejected.

I'm worried that she's overwhelmed by the lack of structure in our squad right

now. There's not a lot of clear direction as to what customer want. It's easy

to hear the things people complain about, but the solutions are often one-off

that is inappropriate for a big heavy whole-team solution. Importing data is

also hard and the tools that could make it easier are often very complex.

I'm hopeful we'll make some progress on bugs and such in the upcoming sprint.

Nammy's birthday today! Emma made some scones for breakfast and we'll

head to the big house for dinner tonight.
