Had a wonderful meandering conversation with Cris today. The biggest takeway was to make a practice of leaning into my strengths and seeing where they can be applied to my life as an engineer.
One thing I hadn't thought about in relation to taking so long on ENG-8883 this week was that I got distracted helping out in #customer-questions on Slack. That turned out to be a really energizing experience, and I thiknk I should do that on a more regular basis.
