* Description
To support automation, the automation team needs an API endpoint that can be
accessed with a user-scoped JWT that removed payee profiles and related data.
This endpoint MUST NOT BE AVAILABLE IN PRODUCTION. Source Application Users and
Identities should be untouched (if possible, if not, let’s discuss).

Review planned implementation with @Tristan Damron to ensure it aligns with expectations.

a payee, account, and tax info is added for a source application user for an identity

this relationship to SAU and ID is removed, the dashboard looks like no payees have been added

similar or identical or different information can be added to that SAU and ID as if it was “fresh” from a fixture re-install
