I've been burning thorough this pretty quickly, but I think I both need more
feedback from other folks, and also to write some Gherkin tests, as I know
David Turissini leans towards preferring those behavioral tests over strict
technical specs.

Staff users to create or delete user cookbooks arbitrarily

Finally got a `section_ids` piece added to the Cookbooks V3 endpoint. We're
still sending big nested response in both list and detail, but I'd love to
create a plan for clients to move away from it so we can enable the
DynamicConfig and turn off the messy old API.
Outcomes here should be a transition plan doc in Confluence, and two Jira
tickets one for mobile web to use the new response and one for backend to
remove the old endpoint mess.

A pretty good day. I cleaned up the design doc for cookbook CRUD to allow
users to create or update, and also solicited feedback from other devs. [[id:a872b83b-9c13-4c9d-a037-9f08827f946f][Andrew
Kim]] gave me some good advice, and John approved my first PR. So one of three
is merged, and I'm hopeful I'll get at least one more tomorrow and the last by
Wednesday.
Tomorrow I need to take a look at what Claude pushed up for the
final piece glueing the APIs together in BE-8197. I would also like to look
through the Jira tickets that are tagged for contract-testing and see what I
can get done while I'm iterating through the Cookbook CRUD finish.
